Current Grade 9-12 Students requesting an Ontario Student Transcript:

If your would like your transcript sent to a Post Secondary Institution out side of Ontario, please include the contact email and your Student or Application number at the college or university (if one has been provided.
Transcripts for schools that have been applied for through OUAC or OCAS are sent automatically at each report car period. You do not need to request those.
